After getting a deep insight to chapter it has been understood that leadership is an inherent property. Some individuals are born leaders and they will successfully discharge their duties in every required stance. This theory is termed as the Traits approach in the text book and exactly matches with my statement in the beginning. A leader is different from all, he stands out strong and unbiased in every situation, and these individuals do not get influenced by other people’s personality or perception.
